  • Can I make a request a book you don't carry or says out of stock on your website?
    Yes, of course! We can always order books for you. Please send us an email with your information and the book(s) you'd like and we'll let you know when your order has arrived. 

  • How do I arrange for local pickup?
    We offer free local pickup in store. Simply place your order on the website and select pickup. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup usually within the same or next business day. If you have any specific requests or are on a timeline, please contact us before placing an order to arrange local pickup. 

  • Do you offer returns and exchanges?
    Absolutely. We offer returns and exchanges as long as all items are in their original packaging and books are in new and unread condition within 7 days of purchase. You can process your exchange at the store or alternatively you may ship the items back with tracking. Please note: Bookworms & Co. will not reimburse shipping fees incurred for sending the product back to us and will not be responsible for items lost via mail. 

  • Do you offer free local delivery?
    We offer free local delivery with $25 purchase within Aurora and area. All orders will be delivered to you within a few business days the very latest. Please contact us prior to purchase with any delivery requirements or time constraints you may have to be sure that can be arranged. 

  • Do you sell or buy back used books?
    We sell used adult books in store and online for $4 each. We only take donations of gently used books with no odour (smoke/etc) and offer a 10% thank you discount for your purchase in store. All donations of children's books are distributed back to the community to local schools and other organizations for children in need. Please note: we don't accept donations of used art/sticker/activity books.  

  • Do you work with local authors? 
    Absolutely! If you are a local author and would like to connect, please contact us with your information and details about the book(s) you have written and where they are carried.
